Pamela C. Hauk

Pamela C. Hauk, 57, of Bellingham passed away at home on Feb. 26, 2007. She was born Sept. 15, 1949, in Atlantic City, N.J., to Christine (McIntyre) and G. Edward Hauk.

Cancer may have taken her life but it never took her indomitable spirit. Pam loved to travel, and she experienced the world with her crazy friends in tow. Rarotonga, Key West, Ireland, Australia, Sandy Beach Resort, St. Thomas, Lake Chelan, and all points in between will never be the same.

Pam is survived by her family: sister Cheryl (Bill) Burklow, niece Chrissy, and nephew Billy; and her dear friends: Lenora, Cathe, Carol, Joanie, Karen, Lorna, Sally, Patty, Nina, Larrian, Tori, Myles, and Joan; faithful dog Sophie; and numerous other friends.

Pam’s life was too short, but she left very few stones unturned by the time she left for her next great adventure. Set out the drinks and tune up the band for us, girlfriend. We’ll be there before you know it.

Memorials may be made in Pam’s name to your favorite charity.

Special thanks go to Pam’s caregivers, who made her final days as sweet as possible.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m.Saturday, March 3, in the Bayview Chapel at the funeral home. A celebration will follow at the Squalicum Boathouse from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m.

You may share your thoughts and memories of Pam in the on-line memorial guest book at www.molesfuneralhomes.com.
