Martin James Heck, long-time Oak Harbor resident, died Feb. 25, 2007 at Careage of Whidbey, Coupeville. Three daughters, Mary Heck, Margaret Heck and Betty Heck survive him. Graveside services at Maple Leaf Cemetery are pending. A complete obituary will follow in the Saturday, March 3 edition of the Whidbey News-Times.
