Milton Hayes, age 93, of Anacortes and Oak Harbor, passed away on March 24, 2010. He was born July 17, 1917 in Sebastopol, Calif. to Henry and Anna May Hayes. Milton is survived by two sons, Gary R. Hayes of Garland, Texas, and Glen H. Hayes of Bothell; 6 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and one niece.
