Marian Parker, beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend, went to be with her Savior on Oct. 12, 2009.

She was born on Jan. 19, 1935 to C. Allen and Maitle Taff. She is survived by her mother Maitle; her brother, David and Sharon Taff; sister, Edith and Richard David; her two children, Leslie and Jon Zegan and Craig and Lori Peirson; five grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her precious husband, P.L. Bud Parker. She loved the island, her church, her cats, neighbors and friends. We will miss her every day but will rejoice every day knowing she’s with our Savior and Lord.

Services will be held Saturday, Oct. 24, at 1 p.m. at the San de Fuca Community Church.
