Katy Williams died on Sept. 12, 2009, in Walla Walla, Wash. She moved to Oak Harbor in 1950. Her husband Gene Williams preceded her in death in 1995. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Augustine’s Catholic Church with the date and time to be announced. Arrangements are entrusted to Burley Funeral Chapel, Oak Harbor.
