Jerome A. Stanalonis, 79, passed away at home in Oak Harbor on Sept. 5, 2010, with his loving family by his side. He was born on June 1, 1931, in Sheppton, Penn.

Jerome retired from the United States Navy as a Senior Chief Boatswain’s Mate with 32 years of service proudly defending and protecting our country.

Jerome is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, three children and two grandchildren.

There will be a time of visitation at Burley Funderal Chapel in Oak Harbor on Thursday, Sept. 16, 2010 ,starting at 4 p.m. up to the recitation of the Rosary which starts at 6 p.m. that evening at Burley Funeral Chapel.

His Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. Augustine’s Catholic Church in Oak Harbor on Friday, Sept. 17, 2010, starting at 10 a.m. Full military honor’s will follow the Mass.
