Gary Michael Aldrich, 61, entered into rest on Thursday, Aug. 25, 2011, in Warner Robins, Ga.

Mr. Aldrich was born Dec. 31, 1949, in Flora, Ill., and had lived in Warner Robins for the past 16 years. With pride and honor, he served his country in the United States Marine Corp. He worked in avionics for 35 years before his retirement from Northrop Grumman. An avid golfer, one of his favorite pastimes was working on his cars. Louisville Christian Church in Illinois was his church home. His father, Gerald Aldrich, and brother, Gerald Aldrich II, preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his beloved wife of 35 years, Jacqueline Rose Lutz Aldrich; daughter, Kelly Suzanne Lutes of Washington; son, Adam Michael Aldrich, Warner Robins; grandchild, Noah Michael Lutes; sisters Carolyn Shoemaker and Sherry Roley, both of Effingham, Ill.; and his mother, Hazel Marie Fatheree Wattles, Louisville, Ill.

Family received friends Aug. 27 at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be private.
