Oak Harbor resident Pete Schaff passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2016, at the age of 69.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 4, at Wallin Funeral Home with a reception to follow. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Wallin Funeral Home.
