Coach Randy King presented varsity letters to 15 athletes at the Coupeville High School track banquet Wednesday, June 17.

Earning letters for the girls were Abby Parker, Lauren Bayne, Lauren Grove, Marisa Etzell, Skyler Lawrence, Sylvia Hurlburt, Makana Stone and Naika Hallam.

Connor Thompson-Moler, Dalton Martin, Jacob Smith,

Jared Helmstadter, Jesse Hester, Lathom Kelley and Mitchell Carroll were the boy letter winners.

Martin (discus) and Stone (400) were first-team, all-Olympic League.

Martin and Lawrence (shot put) were District 3 champions and record holders.

At the state meet, Stone was fourth in the 400, Martin fifth in the discus and Lawrence 16th in the shot put.

Etzell, Grove, Hurlburt and Stone finished third in the 4×200 relay.
