At 12:37 p.m., a caller on Northwest Coveland Street reported a purse had been stolen.
At 12:48 p.m., a Laurel Lane resident reported loaning a trailer to a friend who then refused to return it.
At 8:23 p.m., a caller on a bike trail at State Route 20 and South Main Street reported that someone was setting up a roadblock on the bike trail and refused to let the caller pass.
At 9:19 p.m., a Capital Street resident reported that someone tried to siphon gas from a vehicle because the gas cap was found open. There was no damage to the vehicle and nothing was stolen.
At 9:24 p.m., a caller on Orchard Loop reported that someone was driving a motorcycle erratically and told police the driver had a history of doing “weird stuff.”

At 2:42 p.m., a caller on Sandberg Lane reported a male was riding a BMX bike up and down the street and “looking at houses.”
