Wednesday, Jan. 4

At 10:24 p.m., a Northeast Fourth Avenue resident reported that his son was putting his mother outside because she is too loud.

At 10:26 p.m., a caller at a Highway 20 location reported that a man was acting strange and saying a snake chased him.

Thursday, Jan. 5

At 4:27 p.m., a caller on Southwest Erie Street reported that a subject was yelling and punching a dog in a vehicle.

Friday, Jan. 6

At 7:14 p.m., a vehicle was reported stolen on Northwest Atalanta Way.

At 11:51 p.m., a caller on East Whidbey Avenue reported that someone was trying to get into the bathroom window.

Saturday, Jan. 7

At 10:56 a.m., a vehicle was reported stolen on Southeast Fourth Avenue.

At 9:18 p.m., a caller reported a large fight in the middle of a bar on Southeast Bayshore Drive.

Sunday, Jan. 8

At 10:46 a.m., a Northwest Prow Street resident reported that someone threw rocks through the neighbor’s window.

At 10:37 p.m., a caller reported that a state patrol car was parked the wrong way on Northwest Key Street.

Monday, Jan. 9

At 10:13 a.m., a caller reported that four transients were in an abandoned house on Southwest Swantown Avenue.

At 12:50 p.m., a caller reported that a distraught man carrying a suitcase on Whidbey Avenue said he needed to be locked up.

At 2:28 p.m., a Southeast Sixth Avenue resident asked about “animal breeding issues.”

At 2:57 p.m., a resident reported that there are two “human-sized holes” in the area of Elwha Street that transients may be crawling into and leaving trash.

Tuesday, Jan. 10

At 9:06 a.m., a Southwest Harbor Vista Circle resident reported that someone broke into a vehicle and stole a handgun.

At 9:15 a.m., a caller on Northeast Izett Street reported confiscating cell phones with nude pictures from students.

At 11:40 a.m., a caller reported that a man was looking through windows on Southeast Sixth Avenue.

At 4:13 p.m., a woman at a Highway 20 location reported that her boyfriend abused her child and hit her in the face.

At 6 p.m., a Columbia Drive resident reported that a person came to the door and tried to sell “Hooked on Phonics.”

Wednesday, Jan. 11

At 5:26 a.m., a caller reported that a vehicle was stolen on Southeast Bayshore Drive.

At 12:48 p.m., a fight was reported at the high school.

At 9:49 p.m., a car was reported stolen on Barrington Drive.

Thursday, Jan. 12

At 5:47 a.m., a caller reported that a wanted person was sleeping under a bed on Northeast First Avenue.

At 12:09 p.m., a caller at a middle school reported finding a switchblade while searching students’ backpacks.

At 7:06 p.m., a woman reported that her mother was being held captive by her son at a location near the highway.

Friday, Jan. 13

At 10:19 a.m., a caller reported that a man was carrying a walking stick and yelling on Ely Street.

At 12:25 p.m., there was a report of a motorhome leaking fluid and possibly sewage on the highway.

At 8:03 p.m., a Southeast Eighth Avenue resident reported that her upstairs neighbor was walking around with a gun in his pocket and it had fallen out of his pocket several times.

At 8:06 p.m., a woman asked advice on breaking up with her boyfriend.

At 8:44 p.m., a Southeast Fourth Avenue resident reported that someone threw a rock that shattered the livingroom window. The caller was armed with a shotgun.

Saturday, Jan. 14

At 6:13 p.m., a caller reported that “a shady guy” with face tattoos was watching children at the high school.

Sunday, Jan. 15

At 1:36 a.m., there was a report that a woman on Erie Street claimed someone was poisoning her.

At 4:59 a.m., a man on Cathlamet Drive reported that his girlfriend ran off with his dog.

At 8:27 a.m., a Southeast Maylor Street resident reported that one of his windows and a neighbor’s window was broken out overnight.

At 9:26 a.m., a Midway Boulevard business reported that a window was broken out.

At 11:54 a.m., a caller on East Whidbey Avenue reported that large rocks were thrown through a window.

At 12:48 p.m., a woman on Northeast Seventh Avenue reported that a woman was looking in her bedroom window.

At 3:52 p.m., an employee at a business on the highway reported that a man was walking around, pointing at employees and staring. The employee reported that the man returned several times later in the night and continued to stare.

Tuesday, Jan. 17

At 3:28 p.m., a Dillard Lane resident reported that a dead dog washed up on the beach.

At 3:32 p.m., a caller reported that a woman was throwing belongings onto the highway.

Friday, Jan. 20

At 5:01 p.m., a Southwest Tahoe Street resident reported that CPS harassed him about being a registered sex offender.

At 6:16 p.m., a woman at a Highway 20 address reported that a transient man was banging on her window.

Saturday, Jan. 21

At 2:05 a.m., a caller reported that five people were fighting on Pioneer Way.

At 12:01 p.m., a woman on Quaker Street reported that she was hired to be a personal assistant but her checks for service bounced.

At 10:13 p.m., a caller reported that someone beat up her son on Bayshore Drive.

At 8:03 p.m., a Barrington Drive caller reported receiving a fake $100 bill.
