Friday, April 15

At 5:07 p.m., a caller reported that a man was tossing his car around and dropping his pants on Southwest Founders Avenue.

At 8 p.m., a Roeder Drive resident reported that someone keeps knocking on the door and disappearing before the resident answers the door.

At 8:52 p.m., a North Oak Harbor Street resident called 911 and insisted on talking to an officer about her boyfriend, who works hard as a janitor and should get a raise.

At 8:57 p.m., a Izett Street resident reported that a neighbor claims her apartment is unsafe because of a smell.

Saturday, April 16

At 6:13 a.m., an employee at Walmart reported that a homeless man was found sleeping in a broom closet. The man threw a shoe at an employee when asked to leave.

At 10:50 a.m., a woman on Southwest Eighth Avenue reported that people in a silver SUV drove by screaming profanities and threw a drinking cup at her.

At 3:19 p.m., a North Oak Harbor Street resident reported that a neighbor was making fun of her in front of other neighbors.

At 4:43 p.m., a caller reported that a man exposed himself on Southeast Pioneer Way.

At 2:22 a.m., a caller reported seeing boys throwing rocks at cars on Southwest Sixth Avenue.

At 8:42 a.m., a white-and-black rabbit was reported on Southeast Eighth Avenue.

Monday, April 18

At 5:17 p.m., a caller reported that a transient man was beating himself up and screaming at cars on the highway.

At 3:51 p.m., a caller reported that a man in a trench coat exposed himself to her.

Friday, April 22

At 1:25 a.m., there was a report of someone siphoning gas out of a business van on Northeast Barron Drive.

At 1:57 a.m., a North Oak Harbor Street resident reported that a boy on a BMX bike was tearing a hole in a fence to get through.

At 2:40 a.m., a Southeast Fourth Avenue resident reported that a suspicious man was on a telephone pole and taking all the wires down.

At 10:19 a.m., a woman reported a date rape and drugging.

At 2:40 p.m., a caller reported that a van sped at 90 mph past Oak Harbor Middle School.

At 8:44 p.m., a resident reported that an occupant of a car on Southwest 24th Avenue asked for “a crack pipe or gas.”

At 3:04 p.m., a woman on Northeast Seventh Avenue reported receiving harassing texts and phone calls. A man warned her that “puddy cats” were coming to get her.

At 4:11 p.m., a caller reported that a man in a trench coat was yelling swear words on the highway.

Monday, April 25

At 4:36 p.m., a caller reported that a man was spray-painting trees on Southeast Bayshore Drive.
