Sunday, March 7

At 8:03 p.m., a caller reported a transformer fire on NE O’Leary Street.

At 4:15 p.m., a SE Barrington Drive resident reported someone was stalking him.

At 1:03 p.m., a NE Melrose Drive resident reported her home was burglarized.

At 11:17 a.m., a N. Oak Harbor Street resident reported finding a scooter in his front yard.

At 10:40 a.m., a caller reported a brown and cream colored chihuahua was running loose on N. Oak Harbor Street.

At 10:02 a.m., a SW Second Court resident reported her home was burglarized.

At 12:37 a.m., a caller reported people fighting outside of a S. Oak Harbor Street apartment.

At 8:16 p.m., a caller reported a people inside a NE Barron Drive apartment were smoking marijuana.

At 3:12 p.m., a SE Eighth Avenue resident reported a transient was on the property trying to start a fire in the bushes.

At 9:30 a.m., a caller reported someone spray painted the east side of a NE Midway Boulevard building.

At 9:10 a.m., a caller reported a hit-and-run car accident occurred on SW Lookin Glass Loop.

At 3:08 a.m., a caller reported a drunk man stumbling on the sidewalk on SE Fidalgo Avenue.

At 6:22 p.m., a caller reported a car accident in a field near Highway 20.

At 5:33 p.m., a caller reported she found a pair of tennis shoes in the bushes near a NW Atalanta Way location.

At 5:24 p.m., a caller reported finding a syringe near the intersection of W. Whidbey Avenue and NW Jib Street.

At 4:17 p.m., a caller reported a car accident at the intersection of SW Heller Street and W. Whidbey Avenue.

At 10:25 a.m., a caller reported a car accident on NE Midway Boulevard.

At 9:43 a.m., a caller reported a car accident on SW Barrington Drive.

At 9:13 a.m., a caller reported a moving truck blocking SE Eighth Avenue.

At 6:35 p.m., a caller reported a 15-year-old teenager got “jumped” in Shannon Forrest. He sustained a broken nose.

At 5:50 p.m., an Oak Harbor Road resident reported people were living in a motorhome in the property and they were refusing to leave.

At 4:42 p.m., a NW Kitsap Terrace resident reported children were “terrorizing” her dog. The children were yelling at her dog and putting sticks through the fence.

At 4:24 p.m., a caller reported a group of drunk people in the picnic area near SE City Beach Street.

At 4:15 p.m., a caller reported a car accident on N. Oak Harbor Street.

At 1:27 p.m., a caller reported a developmentally disabled woman was trying to hurt herself.

At 11:48 a.m., a caller reported a man, inside a truck at a SW Erie Street location, slumped over the steering wheel.

At 11:43 a.m., a caller reported two dogs running loose on Midway Boulevard.

At 9:49 a.m., a caller reported an assault took place at the high school.

At 9:07 a.m., a Goldie Road resident reported someone smashed a window in one of their cars.
