At 2:37 p.m., a caller reported a man walking in the roadway and flipping people off near the intersection of Highway 20 and SE Pioneer Way.

At 12:48 p.m., a caller reported someone tried to break into a fireworks stand on SW Erie Street.

At 8:28 p.m., a caller reported a man attacked her at a NW Eighth Avenue location.

At 5:24 p.m., a caller reported his dachshund-Rottweiller mix dog escaped off his leash while at a Highway 20 location.

Tuesday, June 28

At 9:07 p.m., a 7-year-old child reported their mother “beat them up.”

At 5:12 p.m., a caller reported that two juveniles, sporting pink and blue mohawks, ran out in front of traffic on SE Barrington Drive near the Oak Harbor Post Office.

At 2:26 p.m., a caller reported juveniles were playing basketball in the street on SW Regency Drive.

At 2:25 p.m., a caller reported he was assaulted at a SE Ely Street location.

At 5:34 p.m., a caller reported juveniles were riding skateboards and throwing firecrackers at passing motorists.

At 4:07 p.m., a caller reported juveniles playing with a stainless steel beer keg at a SE City Beach Street location.

At 7:02 p.m., a SW Looking Glass Loop resident reported her husband was hitting her son.

At 5:35 p.m., a caller reported three people were trying to break into a church on SW Sixth Avenue.

At 1:35 p.m., a NW Second Avenue resident reported a man came to the door carrying carpet cleaner. The man asked for a paper towel and the caller felt he was trying to get inside her house.

At 12:16 p.m., a caller reported a man was using a piece of wood to hit a woman at a N. Oak Harbor Street location.

At 7:11 p.m., a caller reported seeing a juvenile carrying a pistol on SW Sixth Avenue.

At 3:51 p.m., a caller reported he met a girl online, then met her at an Oak Harbor hotel and gave her $1,000. She left with the money.

At 11:03 a.m., a caller reported clothes were stolen out of a dryer inside a laundry room at a SE Ely Street location.

At 6:22 p.m., a caller reported seeing four men smoking marijuana in the bathrooms at a S. Beeksma Drive location.

At 4:09 p.m., a caller reported that a car struck a pedestrian at a Highway 20 location.

At 1:59 p.m., a caller reported her son and his friends may have been using drugs at a N. Oak Harbor Street location.

At 10:08 p.m., a Kimberly Way resident reported that someone was in her house when she was upstairs.

At 3:25 p.m., a caller reported finding a bicycle and a black duffel bag underneath a pier on Penn Cove.

Sunday, June 26

At 5:14 p.m., 911 operators received a cellular, “open line” call from someone on Race Road who was talking about “tasteless chicken and beer.”

At 9:46 a.m., a woman in the Island County jail reported that she found out her daughter is at her home without permission.

At 12:42 p.m., a caller reported that a large draft horse was loose in a field on Fort Casey Road.

At 5:19 p.m., a woman reported that her vehicle was prowled at Fort Ebey State Park. She said she got a report that someone tried to use her debit card.

At 5:58 p.m., a caller reported a rage road incident on Highway 20 near Deception Pass. The caller reported that he accidentally cut off a vehicle and the driver got out at a stop light and punched the caller’s car window.

At 6:14 p.m., a caller reported that someone shot his car window with a BB gun on Lodgepole Lane.

At 2:49 p.m., a caller reported finding a dead deer on the Kettles Trail.

At 9:13 a.m., a man said his prescription medication was damaged by water because he lives in a tent at Rhododendron Park.

At 12:03 p.m., a Silver Lake resident reported that her ex-boyfriend was making threats.

At 12:28 p.m., a woman in Admirals Cove reported that a neighbor became very angry after being told to pick up after his dog. The man yelled at the woman and her kids. Another neighbor came over and defended her.

At 1:13 p.m., a caller reported that a man was wandering around on Balsam Place and asking for free carpet cleaning services.

At 4:18 p.m., a caller reported receiving a text message from a boy who claimed he was being abused by foster parents.

At 5 p.m., a West Beach Road resident reported that he wanted to filed charges against his neighbors because they will not stay off his property.

At 9:37 p.m., a Blazer Court resident reported seeing a neighbor walking into the woods with another person, carrying flashlights and machetes. Seems suspicious, the caller said.
