Thank you to William Frail for pointing out that politicians “criminally violated their oaths of office by attempting to deprive citizens of their Constitutional rights.”

Our elected politicians in the other Washington continuously and relentlessly attack our Constitution in attempts to deprive us of our Constitutional rights.

A look at almost any news media will show where the attacks lie. The First, Second and Fourth amendments are attacked regularly so politicians can further their own agendas. The president creates laws in violation of the Constitution that stipulates that laws originate in Congress.

Nothing is done about it. Illegal presidential appointments while Congress was still in session and nothing done and those appointees still have jobs with the labor board.

The latest is the Second Amendment. Yet the Justice Department does not prosecute those conspiring to deprive us of our Constitutional rights. Politicians seem to get away with many things that us commoners would be prosecuted for.

What good is a Department of Justice that is in lock step with the president and will go to any lengths to protect him when he continually violates his oath of office?

He and others should be prosecuted at the very least for criminally violating their official oath of office to support the U.S. Constitution.
