Chiropractor Toby Panattoni, 55, in mid-October bought the practice of John Raymond at Whidbey Island Chiropractic, 270 SE Cabot Drive, No. 4, in Oak Harbor.

Raymond died in July.

Panatonni also operates a practice in Bellevue, where he lives, and will commute to Whidbey three days a week, he said.

The Oak Harbor office will be open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

The practice is accepting all Raymond’s old patients and any new ones, regardless of age, Panattoni said. Military personnel receive a 10 percent discount.

Though massage services were discontinued when Raymond died, Patattoni is working toward restoring them, he said.
