Friday, Aug. 12

At 7:23 a.m., a Sills Road resident reported that a man on a bike regularly stops on the road and says “meow” to the caller’s dog.

At 2:31 p.m., a driver reported that a man pulled up next to him on the highway in Oak Harbor, pointed a gun at him and threatened to shoot him.

At 4:03 p.m., a Cedar Cove Lane resident said a neighbor was using the caller’s hose to shower herself.

At 7:05 p.m., a Weston Road resident said the lawn and lawnmower were on fire.

At 8:03 p.m., a caller reported that kids in a parking lot on Wieldraayer Road were “doing donuts” in cars and two people were on the roof of a church.

At 10:43 a.m., a caller said someone vandalized septic pumps for a mobile home park on Taylor Road.

Saturday, Aug. 13

At 8:49 a.m., a Power Road resident reported that a motorhome showed up in her pasture overnight.

At 4:28 p.m., a West Beach Road resident saidthat someone took her body. She said her body “is not the same body she had.”

Sunday Aug. 14

At 2:53 p.m., a caller said that two men were fighting in the middle of North Sunrise Boulevard. One of the men was bleeding.

At 3:29 p.m., a caller reported that someone appeared to be living in a gravel parking lot on the side of Liberty Mart.

At 4:04 p.m., a Beach View Lane resident reported that someone is smelting on his property.

At 10:18 p.m., a caller reported a suspicious man walking around outside the jail in Coupeville.

Monday, Aug. 15

At 1:21 a.m., Waterloo Road resident reported that kids were hiding in her bushes. She asked what they were doing and they said, “smoking.”

At 10:41 a.m., a Taylor Road resident reported that a large peacock has taken up residence in her yard.

At 12:09 p.m., a Saratoga Road resident reported that a neighbor threw dog poop over the fence. She gathered it up and returned it. The neighbor threw it back at her.

At 12:57 p.m., a caller reported loose goats on Highway 20.

At 6:16 p.m., a caller reported that someone was “casing” Christians Towing. The suspect had bolt cutters, binoculars and a tool box.

At 11:58 p.m., someone on Monroe Landing Road called 911. A woman was heard saying “no honey, eat it.”

Tuesday, Aug. 16

At 8:26 a.m., a caller reported that 250 feet of copper was stolen from Percheron Lane.

At 2:07 p.m., a Moonlight Drive resident reported that a neighbor threatened to shoot him and his cat.

At 3:23 p.m., a Sidney Street resident reported that her grandson is using “four letter words” and refusing to weed.

Wednesday, Aug. 17

At 12:24 a.m., a Pine Wood Way woman reported that her boyfriend beat her up.

At 9:27 a.m., a Penn Cove Road resident reported that someone cut through the caller’s fence with a bolt cutter.

At 12:39 p.m., a West Beach Road resident reported that someone was shooting a machine gun in the area.

At 7:43 p.m., a caller reported that a man smacked her 17-year-old daughter in the face on Boe Road.

At 8:20 p.m., a caller reported that someone broke into a car and stole a Glock pistol on North Sunset Drive.
