Wednesday, Dec. 24

12:30 p.m., a woman at the juvenile detention center was there to turn herself in. She was informed by San Juan County to turn herself in.

1:53 p.m., a caller reported that a client was being “held hostage” by her son. There was an additional report of physical assault. He apparently grabbed her arm.

1:58 p.m., a caller at Southwest Terry Road reported that for approximately two hours, the front door to her trailer was secured with a 2×4. The 2×4 was destroyed and the door was wide open. It was unknown if there was anyone still inside.

10:30 p.m., a caller on South Main Street reported a mentally ill roommate was getting aggressive, hitting walls, yelling and not taking medication.

11:39 p.m., a caller at Southwest Terry Road reported loud music and a campfire in the driveway, with a red vehicle parked in front. The noisemakers had been asked to turn down the music and “said they would when someone came and made them.”

11:43 p.m., a caller at South Main Street reported that his girlfriend had just hit him in the face and was going through his personal property.

Thursday, Dec. 25

4:36 p.m., the Marshall’s Office responded to the smell of propane inside a Northwest Coveland Street residence. There was a possible leak but no signs of illness, no smoke or flame. The tank was virtually empty and about 50 feet away from the house.

10:02 p.m., a caller at North Main Street reported that she was having severe nightmares and they we getting worse. She wakes up and talks out loud. They are disturbing her. The caller was emotional and denying medical attention. She just wanted to let law enforcement know why she had been crying. She said she had an upset stomach but didn’t want medical. She just wanted to report this.

Friday, Dec. 26

11:13 a.m., a caller at Northeast Parker Road reported that their son had mental issues and has been talking to himself. He was currently outside hitting himself and hitting his head against the pole.

12 p.m., a caller requested assistance to go to their location and retrieve personal belongings.

1:24 p.m., a caller at Northwest Madrona Way reported that a big white dog attacked a deer. The dog left and the deer is injured in the backyard.

7:40 p.m., a caller at South Main Street and State Route 20 reported an erratic truck driver who was speeding, going to the right and to the left and not staying in the lane. The caller said she was being tailgated, pulled over, and let the vehicle pass.

Saturday, Dec. 27

11:47 a.m., a caller reported that they were at a location to meet with an officer, per the arrangement form yesterday.

12:31 p.m., the Marshall’s Office responded to a audible front door alarm at a South Main Street business.

1:42 p.m., a caller at Ninth and Northeast Leach streets reported that a white chow had been running around in the area for the past few days.

3:38 p.m., a caller at Northwest Sixth and North Main streets reported that they had detained two loose dogs. Both were black, one border collie mix and the other a black lab mix. One had a collar and tag, but that was for the vet clinic.

Sunday, Dec. 28

12:57 p.m., the Marshall’s Office responded to a two-car non-injury car accident at the Prairie Center parking lot.
