Learn to survive

Frank and Karen Sherwood of Earthwalk Northwest are teaching a class on survival techniques at the Environmental Learning Center at Deception Pass State Park on Friday, March 15 through Sunday, March 17.

Students will stay at the park cabins for two nights. All meals are provided, including a dinner of wild edible plants. The class is tailored for adults and teenagers. Younger children must be accompanied by adults.
