At 11:41 p.m., a SE 11th Avenue resident reported she and her husband saw someone jump off the balcony.

At 10:48 p.m., a caller reported a man and woman fighting at a N. Oak Harbor Street location.

At 3:09 p.m., a caller reported a man passed out at a business SW Erie Street.

At 1:37 p.m., a N. Oak Harbor Street resident reported receiving a box with three rocks and a picture of Jesus. Written on the back of the picture was an accusation that the caller was a murderer. The box came from her mother-in-law.

At 12 p.m., a caller reported her son’s bike was stolen from a NE Barron Drive location.

At 10:27 a.m., a caller reported a drunk man was inside a Highway 20 business. He was rude and refusing to leave.

Saturday, Jan. 22

At 8:53 p.m., a caller reported a man appeared to be living inside a car at a SE Midway Boulevard parking lot.

At 8:23 p.m., a SW Fairhaven Drive resident reported a man ran into her home.

At 5:11 p.m., a caller reported an auto accident at a NE Midway Boulevard location.

At 5:04 p.m., a caller reported two young men put a box under her car so she would run it over.

At 5:01 p.m., a caller reported two very drunk men were staggering down NE Seventh Avenue in traffic toward Oak Harbor Road.

At 3:23 p.m., a Highway 20 resident reported people were dumping their garbage in her dumpster.

At 11:43 a.m., a NE Nunan Loop resident reported he received a fraudulent call from a church asking for money.

At 10:18 a.m., a caller reported someone broke into a SE Pioneer Way location.

At 7:48 a.m., a caller reported being assaulted at a location near the intersection of SW Fort Nugent Avenue and SW Union Street. Then she said she was in a car accident in South Carolina. After that, she changed her story to say she had an abortion three weeks ago. Then she said she was asked to leave a house. She finally said she just wanted a ride to work.

At 1:33 a.m., a caller reported a man was choking a woman at a Hickory Lane location.

Friday, Jan. 21

At 11:03 a.m., a caller reported a noisy party taking place at a N. Oak Harbor Street location. A person was walking around throwing bottles.

At 7:59 p.m., a caller reported a man and woman yelling at each other at a SW Judson Drive location.

At 4:13 p.m., a caller reported a juvenile bit her daughter on the arm while at a NE Izett Street location.

At 12:49 p.m., a caller reported two guns and a camera stolen from a SE Eighth Avenue location.

At 9:11 a.m., a caller reported a two-foot diameter fuel spill in a Highway 20 parking lot.

At 8:31 p.m., a SE Barrington Drive resident reported a man contacted her 15-year-old granddaughter over the Internet.

At 8:23 a.m., a caller reported an angry man shaking the stop sign at the intersection of NW Second Avenue and NW Heller Street.

At 3:15 p.m., a caller reported an auto accident on NE Koetje Street.

At 12:32 p.m., a caller reported a student at the high school was hit in the head.

At 12:21 p.m., a SW Eighth Avenue resident reported somebody drove their vehicle across their yard, leaving tire tracks.

At 11:36 a.m., a NW Columbia Drive resident reported her adult daughter was out of control, threatening to take the children.

At 10:46 a.m., a caller reported an auto accident at the intersection of Highway 20 and SE Cabot Drive.

At 9:03 a.m., a caller reported someone stole two cartons of cigarettes from a NE Midway Boulevard business.

At 5:13 p.m., a caller reported a two car, head-on collision at the intersection of Highway 20 and E. Whidbey Avenue.

At 1:24 p.m., a caller reported an auto accident at the intersection of Highway 20 and NE Seventh Avenue.

At 12:10 p.m., a Central Drive resident reported a Bullmastiff bit her Yorkie, killing the little dog.

At 9:50 a.m., a caller reported someone cut the tubing that connects the oil tanks to a SE Pioneer Way location.

At 8:31 p.m., a SW Fireside Lane resident reported two men arrived claiming they were from Kirby Carpet Cleaning and wanted to clean the caller’s carpet.

At 5:51 p.m., a NW Third Avenue resident reported his neighbor took his Dalmation and put it in the garage.

At 4:13 p.m., a caller reported a hit-and-run car accident on SW Rosario Place.

At 11:39 a.m., a caller reported a broken window at a SE Pioneer Way location.
