At 3:06 p.m., a caller reported that an otter was trying to cross Bayshore Drive.

 

Sunday, June 15

At 2:02 p.m., a caller reported that a bearded man was beating his dog on Midway Boulevard.

At 2:04 p.m., a Northeast Seventh Avenue resident reported catching his neighbor inside the caller’s home.

At 11:02 p.m., a Crosby Road resident reported that a neighbor had a cat locked inside a car without food or water and another cat was outside with a broken foot.

At 11:24 p.m., a caller reported that a customer at a State Highway 20 store pointed a gun at him during an argument.

At 4:09 p.m., a caller reported that multiple bearded men were ripping wooden posts out of the ground at the RV park.

At 7:37 p.m., a Southwest Kingma Court resident reported that three children were picking flowers and bushes out of her yard.

 

Tuesday, June 17

At 7:49 a.m., there was a report that two people were sleeping in the dugout at the City Beach Street ball field.

At 10:34 a.m., a caller reported that a rude note was left in a car parked in a handicap spot at Walmart.

At 1:18 p.m., a caller reported that a car with a chain in front was tied to a pole in a Highway 20 parking lot.

At 1:21 p.m., a caller reported that a man was carrying a five-gallon bucket of marijuana plants and walking on Highway 20.

At 6:10 p.m., a caller reported that blankets and pillows were stuffed inside “playground tubes” at Windjammer Park.

At 9:30 a.m., a caller reported that the door to a parish and a bus were vandalized with strawberries on North Oak Harbor Street.

At 11:13 a.m., a Maylor Street caller reported that a patient threatened that “things are going to get ugly.”

At 2:07 p.m., a man reported that a woman was chasing him with a knife on Hickory Lane.

At 2:27 p.m., a caller reported that someone in a black ski mask and armed with a gun was walking around a house on Midway Boulevard.

At 2:30 p.m., a caller reported that someone slashed the top of a convertible Nissan 300ZX on East Whidbey Avenue.

At 7:24 p.m., a caller reported that a girl was “acting out” with a broom handle against other kids on Almond Loop.

At 11:40 p.m., a caller reported that a man with a box cutter was threatening to hurt people in front of a Southeast Pioneer Way business.
