Monday, Dec. 22

At 4:45 a.m., a male and female were assaulted at a location in the 1800 block of NE 16th Avenue.

At 7:33 a.m., a caller reported a burglary at a business in the 1100 block of SE Dock Street.

At 8:07 a.m., a caller reported a burglary at a business in the 800 block of SE Pioneer Way.

At 11:48 a.m., two subjects were reported taking the tires off a vehicle and syphoning gas at a location in the 800 block of NE Koetje Street.

At 5:42 p.m., a subject was taken into custody for theft at a business in the 1200 block of SW Erie Street.

Sunday, Dec. 21

At 2:24 a.m., a possible drunk driver in a black vehicle was reported in the 800 block of NE Midway Boulevard.

At 9:29 a.m., a caller reported a white Ford F-150 pickup racing near the intersection of NE Eighth Avenue and NE Ronhaar Street.

At 4:17 p.m., “elder abuse” was reported at a residence on SE Ninth Avenue. The victim has holes in her roof which were letting snow in.

At 5:17 p.m., a caller reported a dark colored truck or SUV driving erratically at SE Regatta Drive and SE Sixth Street. Vehicle has a green light on the back turning red, green and blue.

At 8:44 p.m., a caller reported four kids throwing snowballs at passing vehicles at SW Fourth Avenue and SW Dyer Street.

At 11:08 p.m., a caller reported three snowmen built in the road on NW 16th Avenue near NE Regatta Drive.

Saturday, Dec. 20

At 12:11 a.m., a suspect was arrested for disorderly conduct at a location in the 600 block of SE Bayshore Drive.

At 1:04 a.m., a caller reported loud music at a residence in the 1800 block of NE 16th Avenue.

At 3:26 a.m., a caller reported a loud party at a residence in the 1000 block of SE City Beach Street.

At 10:13 a.m., a deceased possum was reported in the road at the intersection of SE Ely Street and SE Eighth Avenue.

At 12:20 p.m., a domestic assault reported at a residence in the 1100 block of Crater Loop.

At 12:56 p.m., an assault was reported at a location in the 300 block of E Whidbey Avenue.

At 2:36 p.m., a male caller reported being threatened at a location in the 31000 block of Highway 20. Caller said another male “threatened to shoot him.”

At 3:57 p.m., loud and obnoxious music was reported at a residence in the 100 block of SW Sixth Avenue. The female caller said the music was “rattling my walls and about to knock over my Christmas tree.”

At 6:35 p.m., a caller reported a teenager carrying a samurai sword in the 32000 block of Highway 20.

At 7:37 p.m., a domestic assault was reported in the 900 block of N Oak Harbor Street.

At 11:03 p.m., a possible domestic assault was reported in the 100 block of SW 6th Avenue. The caller reports hearing screaming and someone getting their head banged on the wall.

Friday, Dec. 19

At 9:50 p.m., a wanted person was reported at a residence in the 300 block of SE O’Leary Street.

At 10:42 p.m., a domestic assault reported at a location on W Whidbey Avenue and NW Fairhaven Drive.

At 11:08 p.m., a suspect was arrested on a warrant on SE City Beach Street and SE Bayshore Drive.

Thursday, Dec. 18

At 1:39 a.m., loud music reported at a residence in the 400 block of North Oak Harbor Street.

At 5:15 p.m., a shoplifter was detained at a business in the 31000 block of Highway 20.

At 7:41 p.m., an attempted shoplifting was reported at a business in the 1200 block of SW Erie Street.

At 9:30 p.m., a shoplifter was reported at a business in the 32000 block of Highway 20.

Wednesday, Dec. 17

At 8:39 a.m., a subject reported throwing snowballs at workers clearing a parking lot on NW Crosby Avenue.

At 10:02 a.m., a white ATV was reported stolen from a residence on Kettle Street.

At 10:32 a.m., a caller reported two suspicious persons looking in windows at a residence in the 1700 block of SW 16th Avenue.

At 12:30 p.m., a caller reported a neighbor threatened her son at a location in the 700 block of NW Crosby Avenue.

At 1:38 p.m., a dirt bike was reported stolen from a residence in the 900 block of SE Midway Boulevard.

At 3:52 p.m., five juvenile subjects were reported throwing “big, heavy snowballs” at vehicles in the 200 block of Fairhaven Drive.

At 6:27 p.m., a caller reported an intoxicated person “stumbling” into traffic was reported in the 400 block of NW Crosby Avenue.

Monday, Dec. 22

At 3:06 a.m., a caller reported that a tree was down and blocking Highway 20 near Deception Pass.

At 8:22 a.m., there was a report of a house flooding on Scenic Heights Road. The water was coming from the roof and the homeowner was asked to evacuate.

Sunday, Dec. 21

At 1:15 p.m., there were reports of cars in ditches on Zylstra and Crosby Roads, as well as an accident on Fort Nugent Road.

At 2:15 p.m., an Oak Harbor woman reported that her boyfriend assaulted her for three days and took her cell phone so she couldn’t call for help.

At 5:19 p.m., a two-car, blocking accident was reported on SW Swantown Avenue.

At 6:45 p.m., a caller reported that multiple cars were slipping off the road on NE 16th Avenue.

At 7:35 p.m., there was a report that a vehicle struck a building on Highway 20 at Power Road.

Saturday, Dec. 20

At 6:25 a.m., a caller reported that a horse with a blanket was walking on Highway 20 near SW Eagle Vista Avenue.

At 1:55 p.m., a two-car accident was reported on Highway 20 at Sidney Street.

At 4:44 p.m., a caller reported that a 1999 Jaguar slid into a ditch and hit a pole on Powell Road.

At 12:56 a.m., a 15-year-old girl reported that her intoxicated mother struck her.

At 4:12 a.m., a caller reported a vehicle in the ditch on Highway 20 near Harns Road.

AT 6:09 a.m., a caller reported a car in a ditch on Fakkema Road.

At 6:23 a.m., a caller reported numerous vehicles disabled and blocking on E. Frostad Road.

At 9:17 a.m., a woman reported that her 16-year-old son was hit in the eye with a pen on a school bus. His eye was very red.

At 9:18 a.m., a Denneboom Road resident reported that a garbage truck was stuck and blocking the resident’s driveway.

At 11:22 a.m., a caller reported that a SUV was pulling people on a sled on Airline Way.

At 11:33 a.m., a caller reported that kids were sledding down and across Oak Harbor Road.

At 12:38 p.m., there was a report of a car in the ditch on Silver Lake Road.

At 1:49 a.m., a motorist reported a vehicle in the ditch at a curve on Zylstra Road.

At 1:56 p.m., there was a report of a car partially blocking Taylor Road.

At 2:22 p.m., a caller reported that a group of intoxicated people were trying to pull a car out of a ditch on Silver Lake Road. The people were pulling a sled around with a car and building a snowman on the edge of the roadway.

At 2:45 p.m., a caller reported that a car hit a guardrail on Highway 20 at Frostad Road.

At 3:46 p.m., a resident of Pheasant Run Road reported that two hunters with bows were tracking a deer across his property. The hunters said they shot the deer outside the no-hunting area and were tracking it.

At 4:32 p.m., there was a report of a car full of juveniles in a cow field on E. Frostad Road.

At 6:33 p.m., callers reported cars in the ditch on Highway 20 at Frostad and Sleeper roads.

At 7:05 p.m., caller reported cars in the ditch on Monkey Hill Road and Hastie Lake Road.

At 8:32 p.m., a resident reported that kids built a ramp in the middle of Airline Way.
