Dr. Michele Gasper has joined the staff of Oak Harbor’s Pediatric Associates of Whidbey Island.

Gasper recently retired from a 22-year career in the Navy. Her last tour was at Naval Hospital Oak Harbor. She said she is taking new patients and accepts most insurance plans.
