This weekend I watched the CBS documentary about the catastrophic events of Sept. 11. It brought back to me the sick and helpless feelings I felt on that tragic day.

I also felt very ashamed. Ashamed of how I take for granted the selfless and brave souls who are our military, firefighters, policemen and women and rescue teams.

God bless you all. And to my husband, a sailor in the U.S. Navy, Tony, I am so very proud of you, and I love you more than words can express.
