THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST ASSOCIATION OF CHURCH LIBRARIES of Washington, Idaho, Oregon and British Columbia is holding its annual conference 1-8 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 24-25, at Oak Harbor’s First United Methodist Church. There will be 17 speakers and authors presenting to more than 85 church librarians. There will also be shopping in the church’s lower level.
