At 11:37 a.m., a Southwest Sixth Avenue resident reported an ongoing problem with neighbor’s four dogs and two cats “using” his yard.
At 8:47 p.m., a North Oak Harbor Street resident with severe arachnophobia reported finding a huge spider.
Saturday, Oct. 1
At 4:19 p.m., a caller reported that a mother and child were living out of a car on South Beeksma Drive.
Sunday, Oct. 2
At 7:36 a.m., a woman reported seeing a “huge cougar, wildcat or medium-sized dog” on Atalanta Way. The animal turned out to be a regular cat.
At 6:55 p.m., a man on Northeast Seventh Avenue reported that he’s disabled and trying to deal with a crazy woman.
Monday, Oct. 3
At 3:29 p.m., a Barrington Drive resident asked if goats are allowed as pets in the city.
At 4:04 p.m., a Southwest Sixth Street resident asked about legality of having a pygmy goat as a companion animal.
At 9:12 p.m., a Southwest 10th Street resident reported that a man went to his home and took his girlfriend.
At 10:06 p.m., a caller on East Whidbey Avenue reported that a subject purposely clogged the toilet.

At 9:34 a.m., a caller reported that people are living in a motor home covered with blue tarps on Southwest Sixth Avenue.
At 4:46 p.m., an attempted robbery was reported at a Highway 20 parking lot.
Thursday, Oct. 6
At 7:47 a.m., a caller reported that a woman on Izett Street was making a fire out of tissue to stay warm.
At 7:44 p.m., there was a report of people in clown masks on North Oak Harbor Street.
At 8:39 p.m., a caller reported two people wearing clown masks were walking around a Highway 20 location.

At 1:39 p.m., a caller reported finding stories on Facebook of scary clown sighting in the area.
At 3:12 p.m., there was a report of a man carrying bags of glass, sticks and a curtain rod near Walmart.
Saturday, Oct. 8
At 7:40 p.m., a caller on Southwest 10th Avenue reported that her daughter’s boyfriend beat her up.
At 8:49 p.m., a man on North Oak Harbor Street reported that he is miserable and wants to be arrested.
Sunday, Oct. 9
At 1:43 a.m., a Larkspur Circle resident reported that her husband punched holes in the walls and tried to kick her and her son out of the house.
At 10:41 a.m., a caller reported that a woman on Northwest Eighth Avenue poured gas on a shed and threatened to burn down the house.

At 2:02 p.m., a Northeast Goldie Street resident reported that a trap left by animal control caught the dog.
At 10:13 p.m., a Highway 20 resident reported that a prowler was trying to get in the door.

At 2:11 p.m., a Southwest Fourth Avenue resident reported that a bird was stuck in the chimney.
At 3:07 p.m., raccoon problems were reported on Southeast Pasek Street.

At 10:40 p.m., a woman on Northeast First Avenue reported that a man grabbed her by the throat and slammed her into a closet.

At 3:04 p.m., a woman reported that her son was attacked by an owl in Oak Harbor.

At 3:02 p.m., a caller reported that someone urinated on Southwest Barlow Street.
At 3:26 p.m., a man was reported in a dumpster on Midway Boulevard.
At 3:33 p.m., a caller asked to speak to an officer about “an enemy” who was fired from work.

At 11:28 a.m., a Northwest Harvest Drive resident reported that people were entering a vacant house.
At 12:49 p.m., a purse was reported stolen from a car on North Oak Harbor Street.

At 8:39 a.m., a caller reported that a man exposed himself on Southeast Pioneer Way.
At 12:15 a.m., a Southwest Dyer Street resident reported that a car window was broken out overnight.
At 6:28 p.m., a caller reported seeing an unconscious woman being “forcibly” placed in a vehicle on Southeast Barrington Drive.
At 8:06 p.m., a caller reported that a homeless man urinated in the area of Barrington Drive.
