Bypassing city a dumb idea

OK so let me get this straight, you the editor and representative of the paper support (editorial, April 9) the chaos that is occurring on Pioneer Way and now want to figure out a way to bypass the same traffic the city WANTS to go downtown and get them off Highway 20.
