Here's what's happening in the Whidbey Island arts scene.

The free WHIDBEY HAS TALENT WORKSHOP is at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 20, at the Whidbey Playhouse Star Studio. Staff will be on hand to answer your questions about the show, as well as give pointers on individual acts. Those interested in backstage work or emceeing are encouraged to attend, as your skills are needed. The show and workshop are open to children and teens grades K-12; the deadline to enter is Feb. 26. GARRY OAK GALLERY, a cooperative gallery on Pioneer Way in Oak Harbor, is having a 14 percent special on selected items through Sunday to celebrate Valentine’s Day. The gallery also has welcomed back abstract acrylic artist Mike O’Connell.

“To Kill A Mockingbird,” the OAK HARBOR HIGH SCHOOL DRAMA CLUB’s annual production, will run at 7 p.m. Thursday-Saturday through Feb. 20, in the Oak Harbor High School auditorium.
