At 7:40 a.m., a driver reported that a white car was stopped on Deception Pass Bridge and causing traffic to back up.
At 9:22 a.m., a caller reported that water was shooting up into the air at an area on Bob Galbreath Road where roadwork was being done.
At 6:16 p.m., a State Highway 20 resident reported that someone cut cable and internet lines to his home.
At 1:01 a.m., a Sleeper Road resident reported that her boyfriend stole her cat.
At 7:19 a.m., a caller reported that a woman with stringy hair was carrying a branch and walking down Honeymoon Bay Road.
At 8:02 a.m., a Norris Lane resident reported that a hole was punched in a truck’s gas tank.
At 11:40 a.m., a caller reported that he has a snow plow to deliver to Coupeville town hall, but nobody is answering any phone numbers.
At 11:52 a.m., a Strawberry Point Road resident reported that an injured heron was in the backyard.
At 12:06 p.m., a caller reported that people were harassing him and a male exposed his “private parts” in the Stephen Street area.
At 6:04 p.m., a Sloop Place resident reported finding a suspicious box with no labels on the porch.
At 12:23 p.m., a caller reported finding a dead owl on a Maxwelton Road property.
At 1:47 p.m., an injured Canada goose was reported on Honeymoon Lake Drive.
At 3:11 p.m., a Lombardy Lane resident reported discovering through social media that someone had her lost cat and the person refused to give it back.
At 6:17 p.m., a caller reported that a woman was wearing a headlamp at the Cornet Bay dock and she yelled at the caller when asked what she was doing.

At 11:57 a.m., a hiker reported finding a shotgun laying on the side of Madrona Way.
At 3:49 p.m., a caller reported that an elk was chasing cars in the area of Waterford Place.
At 4:08 p.m., a Mutiny Bay Road resident reported that a neighbor’s pigs were loose.
At 7:06 p.m., a man reported leaving his shotgun on Madrona Way earlier in the day.
At 8:12 a.m., a resident reported that a horse hoarder was trying to adopt another horse.
At 1:53 p.m., a Lisa Street resident reported that a man tried to break into her house and a neighbor’s house.
At 1:55 p.m., a caller reported that someone was trying to break into a neighbor’s home on Mark Street.
At 5:55 p.m., a Fakkema Road resident reported that someone stole the money out of a money jar.
At 7:37 a.m., a Clinton resident reported that a cult was holding her against her will.
