Library to host chocolate-making event

From 6-7:30 p.m. Dec. 1, a local pastry chef will demonstrate how to make chocolate truffles.

If you have a chocolate lover in your life, this Sno-Isle library event might be the key to unlocking their Christmas dreams.

From 6-7:30 p.m. Dec. 1, local pastry chef Cam Zarcone will demonstrate how to make homemade chocolate truffles and chocolate-caramel Brazilian candies called Brigadeiros in an online event hosted by the library network.

The treats make great stocking stuffers and holiday gifts, according to the library webpage.

Truffle flavors include both a bittersweet and a raspberry variation.

Sno-Isle Libraries ask participants to register ahead of time on the library website.

For those who can’t attend live, the event will be recorded and posted to the library’s YouTube channel.

The registration link and the Zoom link to the event are found at https://sno-isle.bibliocommons.com/events/614cba6a3c8cb028001f911b.
