A few proposals that are being discussed with the Washington State Nurses Association and the administration of WGH are as follows: Fair wages and benefits, rest breaks of 15 minutes every four hours and uninterrupted lunch time. Those who care for us should be cared for so they are able to provide excellent patient care.
