The Vanderzicht Memorial Swim Pool operated by North Whidbey Parks and Recreation offers a variety of water-related activities for families and individuals of all ages at reasonable prices. The facility is clean, well maintained, and the water is kept comfortably warm enough, even for me.

The management and staff are friendly and welcoming and are to be complimented.

A wide selection of lessons and activities for toddlers and seniors along with classes for kayaking, scuba and competitive swimming are offered at various times during the day and week.

I strongly urge you to participate and support their continued activities. However, as I have said before, I would like as much of the pool to myself as possible, so try to attend when I’m not there. Enjoy.
