This is a shout-out to the two wonderful South Whidbey EMTs who came out Monday night to help me. I am very afraid of bats (ugh) and one got in my house. They came out rounded it up and took it away.

We do not think of and speak about enough the good these men do on a daily basis. We should acknowledge them more. I’m here to say they are extraordinary whether or not you need them. We are extremely lucky to have such awesome men in our community. I was so shook up I failed to get their names, but they know who they are and I will never forget them.

Thanks guys. I am forever grateful. You rock
