I was outraged to read about the animal cruelty that was described in the Sept 21 article by Jessie Stensland. This case of animal abuse and neglect is all too common in our local communities.

The people responsible for this atrocity should be locked up and held without food or water for as long as they did to this poor dog. Justice, justice, shall you pursue! Please do not allow this type of animal cruelty to continue in our communities. Who speaks for those without a voice?
