The tragic and certainly preventable loss of three lives on Highway 20 last year was yet another example of someone not using any common sense.

To send one to prison for such an act of neglectful stupidity though isn’t going to serve any useful purpose other than the waste of cell space. Why not send the one found guilty who caused those deaths to a disaster area to spend her time helping tornado or flood victims. She could learn some responsibility and compassion while caring for others. I think the system would make more sense.
