Those interested in decorating their vehicle for a Trunk or Treat event sponsored by the Naval Air Station Whidbey Island Youth Center should register no later than Monday.

Trunk or Treat will be held from 5 to 6 p.m. on Halloween at the Youth Center on Wake Ave. in Oak Harbor. Staff and youth will decorate the center’s buses and those who want to join in the fun are welcome.
