The PBY Memorial Foundation will hold its monthly no host luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at the CPO Club on Ault Field Road in Oak Harbor.

This is an open lunch and all are cordially invited to attend. The guest speaker this month is Island County Sheriff Mark Brown. Brown is a graduate of Oregon State University and holds a bachelor’s degree in science. He has served in the U.S. Navy and is a 30-year veteran of the Washington State Patrol.
