The Navy has requested that we call the Growler noise complaint line at 360-257-6665 when we would like to register a noise complaint. All is fine and dandy, except that the noise complaint line is almost always busy when we call during FCLP times.

I would like to request that the Navy finds another way to discourage us from calling. Telling us to call a certain number, then not having enough lines to take care of incoming calls, is just their way of saying they don’t care. We already know that.

Yes, the busy signal does anger us even more, but that must be what is wanted by the Navy.

Getting a return call seems to be more than anyone can ever expect.

Come on Navy, get more darn complaint phone lines.
