We appreciate the community support for our recent bond measure. Funding will be used to renovate Station 53 on Race Road in Coupeville and replace three fire engines that are approaching the end of their usable lives.

Central Whidbey Island Fire & Rescue recognizes that the election is not an end, but a beginning. Our task now is to bring these projects in on time and on budget, and communicate the progress we are making with our community every step of the way.

Our fire district has a proven history of good financial management practices and transparency, which will serve our community well as we move forward.

Next on the horizon is a groundbreaking ceremony for station renovations. We will share the date when we have it, and look forward to thanking our community in person at that special event.
