Physicals are being offered to Coupeville and Oak Harbor students this month.

Coupeville

Comprehensive sports physicals for all Coupeville middle school and high school students will be offered Thursday, May 4, at 8:30 a.m. for $40.

All proceeds go to a scholarship for a Coupeville student. Sports physicals must be done every year; please contact Debby Bockman at dbockman@coupeville.k12.wa.us to find out when a student’s physical expires.

Oak Harbor

The annual Sport Physical Night hosted by the Wildcat Booster Club will be Thursday, May 26, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Wildcat Memorial Stadium.

The physicals are open for all students (not just Oak Harbor athletes) and fulfill the physical requirements for all middle school and high school sports programs.

The physicals are extensive and given by local physicians and nurses who volunteer their time.

The cost is $30, $60 maximum per family, and the proceeds go to support Oak Harbor High School athletics.

Students are asked to bring tennis shoes to the physicals.
