DAV sets February meeting

Oak Harbor’s Disabled American Veterans, Chapter 47, will hold its monthly meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 2. The meeting will be held at the meeting room by the Oak Harbor Library at Skagit Valley College.
