Jackson took advantage of the miscues of the Oak Harbor High School soccer team to roll to an 8-0 win Tuesday, March 13, at Everett Memorial Stadium.
Oak Harbor coach Jeff Laiblin said his club made too many mistakes and that good teams, like the Timberwolves, “will make you pay for it.”
Jake Williams and Kevin Giessler each scored two goals for Jackson; and Connor Clark, Vincenzo D’Onofrio, Brenden Clark and Robert Orlosy scored one each.
Oak Harbor (0-1-1) plays at South Whidbey (0-0-1) at 6 p.m. Thursday, March 15, then host Mount Vernon (1-0) at 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 16.
