Wildcat United takes first in finals / Middle school cross country

Wildcat United took the team title at the middle school cross country finals Thursday, Oct. 27, at Skagit Valley College in Mount Vernon.

Wildcat United, a combined team from Oak Harbor and North Whidbey middle schools, led the seven-team field with 253 points. Anacortes was second with 290, and Cascade of Sedro-Woolley placed third with 363.

Colton Livingston (second, eighth-grade boys), Annie Salinger (third, eighth-grade girls), Logan Badura (third, seventh-grade girls) and Ralph Ramier (sixth, seventh-grade boys) were the individual race leaders for Wildcat United.
