The annual Coupeville STATE OF THE TOWN will be hosted by the Central Whidbey Chamber of Commerce at 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 12 at the Coupeville Recreation Hall on Coveland Street. Cost is $20 per person. For details call 678-5434.
