Oak Harbor graduate Greg Wolfe (white jersey) was named the region's top player for community college soccer this season.

Oak Harbor graduate Greg Wolfe, a sophomore at Shoreline Community College, was named the 2011 Most Valuable Player in the NWAACC Northern Region for men’s soccer.

Although Shoreline finished with only two wins in 19 matches, the region’s coaches voted Wolfe the region’s highest honor based on his individual skills.

In 2010 he helped Shoreline reach the NWAACC final four.

Wolfe was also named a co-captain for the team in 2011 and will play in the NWAACC Men’s Soccer All-Star game Sunday, Nov. 27, at the Starfire Complex in Tukwila.
