A place to eat late needed

How about instead of another national franchised restaurant that closes at 10 p.m., we cater to the people who don’t roll up when the sidewalks do at 5 p.m. and put in a Denny’s or a Shari’s? The person who finally does this will make extreme bank. We need it, let’s do it, someone.
