The Oak Harbor Yacht Club Sail Fleet produced its third winner in four races this season when Chad Holcomb and Yeah Dogg won the latest Thursday night race April 13.

Holcomb edged Jim McAlpine in Lucky Jim behind light and shifting winds. Bill Walker, the skipper of Ehu Kai for the first time this season, placed third, followed by Dave Steckman (Renaissance), Rick Almberg (Slingshot) and Suzie Dupuis (Gadzooks). Dupuis was subbing for her injured husband, Rex.

Alpine, winner of the first two races this season and second in the other two, leads the overall points standings with 6. Holcomb is in second (11), trailed by Steckman (15), Almberg (17), Shannon Buys (20), Rex Dupuis (21) and Walker (25).

All are welcome to compete in the races, and new sailors are welcome to join existing crews when space is available.
