“Tips on Food Storage for Emergencies,” Red Cross speaker Glo will talk about how to store food in an emergency.

Dr. Hasapis, from Whidbey General Hospital, will speak on health screening and prevention.

Falls and injury prevention, SAIL exercise class, led by Mary Waters.

Wednesday, Aug. 24

Town Marshall Rick Norrie will discuss “Online Cyber Crime.” How to become aware so you don’t become a target. Also tips on safety for your home and car.

Wednesday, Aug. 31

Learn about the gifts and challenges of being a “Highly Sensitive Person.” Have you ever been told, “You’re just too sensitive?” Do you need a lot of alone time and often feel out of place? You may be a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP). Catherine VanWetter leads an interactive discussion and provides helpful information for the Highly Sensitive Person.
