Wildcats claim two titles at Sedro-Woolley Tournament / Girls wrestling

Oak Harbor High School wrestlers Meredith Bain and Caitlin Woodworth each placed first in the Sedro-Woolley Girls Tournament Saturday, Dec. 31.

Bain, the state’s No. 2-ranked female wrestler in the 190-pound class, won her third tournament title this winter.

Woodworth took first at 170 pounds.

Wendolyn Martinez finished fourth, collecting her first career medal.

Oak Harbor (2-3) hosts Everett (7-1) at 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 6, in a Wesco North match.
