Oak Harbor’s two remaining entries in the Wesco 3A divisional tournament in Mill Creek where eliminated Wednesday, Oct. 20, and did not qualify for next week’s district tournament.

In singles, Ben Cardinal (No. 7 seed) lost to David Lyons (11) of Shorecrest 6-4, 6-7, 2-6. Cardinal will play again today, Oct. 21, for seventh place. The top six advance to district; seventh place is the alternate.

In doubles, Josh Evans and Brandon Vagt (8) fell to Jared Kowalski and Lyon Vegara of Shorecrest 2-6,, 4-6, then lost in the match for seventh place 6-4, 5-7, 2-6 to John Kim and Stuart Milner (11) of Mountlake Terrace.
